Pricing questions
Before you choose
Pay once or yearly: which should I choose?
Yearly costs less, at the start and over the years, and always has the newest version and help included. Pay once costs more, but it is yours: Nivaas keeps working even if you never pay again, and the AMC is up to you.
What is the AMC, and do I need it?
With pay once, the first year of new versions and help is included. After that, the yearly AMC keeps them coming. Without it, Nivaas keeps working as it is, your data and backups included; you just don’t get new versions, and help is charged per call. You can start the AMC again whenever you like.
Is there a free version?
No, but the demo is free: we show you Nivaas with your own rooms and rent before you decide. Help, updates and backups that keep your data safe are what the yearly price pays for.
How is the number of beds counted?
By the beds you set up in Nivaas, filled or empty. If your PG grows, we move you to the next size for the rest of the year.
Can I add the mess or the tenant app later?
Yes, at any time. They switch on in your copy of Nivaas the same day, and the price is for the year from then.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with a GST invoice, so you can claim it as a business expense.
What does installation and setup include?
A one-time charge on every plan, by the size of your PG: ₹2,999 up to 30 beds, ₹4,999 up to 60, ₹7,999 up to 120, and quoted above that. We install Nivaas on your PC, set up your floors, rooms and rules, bring in your tenants from your Excel file, connect your warden’s phone and train your staff, so you start with everything in place. If you would like us to visit your PG, we quote for it with travel.
My tenant details are on paper. Can you enter them?
Yes. Send us photos of your register or registration forms, and ID copies if you want those in Nivaas too, and we enter every tenant with their bed, rent, deposit and what they owe. We quote for it by the number of tenants before we start.
